Nuthatch
Torridge
The village of Buckland Brewer sits in North Devon's quiet countryside, between the regional hub of Barnstaple and the working port of Bideford. The Torridge coast is less than four miles away, making this a good base for either a peaceful retreat or exploring Exmoor, the coastal paths, and the network of walking and cycling routes the region is known for. A convenience store and pub are in the village itself.
Nuthatch is a detached property completed in 2022, with a single bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. The open-plan living space has a kitchen fitted with a full-size oven, hob and dishwasher, and a lounge with a smart TV. French doors open onto a large decking area with garden furniture, and there is a lawn beyond. The bedroom has a kingsize bed. Heating, power, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, and there is private parking for two cars. One small dog can stay free of charge. No smoking inside.
Bideford's quay and pannier market are five miles south. Barnstaple, 15 miles north, has cinemas, theatres, cafés and restaurants, along with a leisure centre. Shopping outlets at Affinity Devon are four miles away.
