Very big location. was quite empty when visiting during the weekend but I can imagine it gets busy when offices are open. They've got AC and lots of seats, outside too. Great and helpful service. They are knows for filled to the brim massive sandwiches and that's exactly right, it is full lunch for reasonable price. It's not the greatest sandwich ever but it's decent, you can choose from many options and they even do sweet treats now. Edit: Visited again for birria free sandwich event, very messy but also tasty sandwich, filled with beef and other ingredients.

Was rather disappointed with this burger, the baps clearly came out of the fridge which ultimately cooled the burger. It was ok but not worth paying over 12 pounds. The place itself is quite big with lots of self service kiosk but the whole vibe is very industrial and therefore a sterile feel to it, I was expecting a hip colourful place to eat but that wasnt the case, furthermore to compound the issue, it was packed with people just standing around waiting for their food. Mine took nearly 15 minutes. I might try it again and order something else but Im in no rush to do so

Lilly was super helpful showing me all the different variety of sandwiches available. Lilly also took my order at the till instead of making me order it on the self service. Hot crispy chicken is the one to go for.

Truly magnificent experience, one of the hidden gems for us, big portions, a lot of choices, amazing sandwiches and those brownies are really the best. Blonde server (forgot the name) was amazing, friendly and very helpful.
