When we arrived the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean & comfortable with tea & coffee facilities & toiletries & lovely towels. The evening meal was very nice & tasty. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices of cold & hot food & a good choice of hot & cold drinks. All in all a good stay. All the staff were very helpful & pleasant. The hotel is not near anything except the Walsall football stadium but I understand there is a station within walking distance to get to other places.

I booked the room on the same day and was pleasantly surprised to get a great rate. The hotel’s location is convenient, right next to Walsall FC’s stadium. The staff were very welcoming, and I’d especially like to thank Harpreet for her exceptional service. She kindly moved us to another room when our neighbours were being noisy, which made a big difference to our stay. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The staff were all wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We came on a mystery coach trip and had a wonderful night's sleep in rm21. The lady serving food on the evening (sorry I can't remember her name) and absolutely amazing :)

We booked late on a Friday evening, rolled in at about 9.30. Sadly we missed the restaurant but they still had plenty of snacks available at the honesty bar. Absolutely wonderful staff, late at night, early in the morning and the next evening. As my partner said "Proper people. Right next to Walsall FC's stadium and you might find some away fans in the bar before a match, don't worry about that. We loved it.
