Great location by the river, but that's about it. The food was very disappointing — a frozen meal at home would honestly taste better. The place itself feels neglected, with dusty fake plants and an overall lack of care. Apart from one or two friendly staff, the service was mostly cold. Such a shame for a restaurant in such a great location.

Excellent food really the best Chinese in London actually the country we've been coming here for 5 years now, Salt n Pepper chilli prawns, ribs, duck and sizzling black pepper steak are my favourite 😍 But really everything is great you won't regret the choice! There is a good value early bird 🐦 menu, we often order off this then add an ala carte menu items we like.

Beautiful views. It's a shame the owner only cares about money instead of their customers. Our food took over an hour to come not to mention multiple forgotten items. No apology or compensation. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service and really ruined what was supposed to be a special night. So expensive, for it to be ruined was honestly heartbreaking. All it would take was a true apology and some kind of ownership of their mistakes. Honestly so rude and clearly only cares about money. Safe to say we're not going back.

Good food ruined by terrible service. Our desserts took over an hour to come after being ordered, they forgot our drinks on 3 seperate occasions, and we could not get the attention of our server for over 45 minutes who avoided eye contact with our table at all costs. When we complained we only received excuses without a single apology or an offer of a refund. This terrible attitude ruined the entire experience, the staff argued with us, and made one of our party members cry by making it seem like it was our fault the desserts took so long due to a member of our party having a dietary requirement.
