What visitors say
We went on a date night and it did everything it said it would, but wasn't outstanding. Felt incredibly sorry for the girl working there as she was running the entire place on her own, and it was busy for a midweek evening. Customers were wanting things and she was very much outnumbered - not her fault, she did everything with a smile and an apology, but the staffing levels need a re-think!

As a home educator, I was able to attend with my two children during the school day and we had the place to ourselves. This made it possible for my autistic daughter to be able to join in and have fun, as she struggles with other people around. They also accept the Carer's Card, which is very helpful!

It was very quiet when we visited, just me and my daughter but I booked VIP because, why not? 2 games, 2 pint jug of lemonade and some chicken stripes...£45? Since when has it been that expensive? I used to go years ago...MANY years ago to be fair but it was 6 games for £6! Add the money for the arcade machines and it turned out to be a very expensive day out. It was nice and tidy, staff were very helpful so we still enjoyed it, but my wallet didn't.

Great fun for all the family. Advisable to book on the website to save disappointment. Food and drinks available.
