The bedroom holds a double bed and another Smart TV. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and a heated towel rail. This is a newly renovated space finished to a good standard, with essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi included. One car space is available on site.

The location works well for exploring County Durham and beyond. Beamish Museum, the open-air museum, is a short drive away. Durham itself – cathedral, castle, riverside walks – is fifteen minutes off. The coast at Seaham with its cliffs and beaches is also within reach. A pub sits within a mile, and shops and a garage are very close by. No smoking throughout.
