What visitors say
Very very beautiful park got loads of lovely ducks and stream. Great for going hiking as well on a lovely summer afternoon. If you are looking for somewhere to go with the kids you should definitely visit this park. Make sure to go with some bread to feed the ducks though, it is so much fun.

This place is really lovely, it’s got a great playground for toddlers and older children. There is a lovely pond with ducks, seagulls and swans, although you can’t feed them. There is a dirt bike trail and a skate park as well

Great big park to spend a few hours wandering. Plenty of ducks, swans and cormorants here, especially around the model boating lake. There were lots of building works ongoing but this didn't detract from the place. Plenty of parking too and right next to walking distance for Penshaw monument.

Visitors say this park offers extensive walking paths, a beautiful lake with wildlife, and diverse play areas for children, including a skate park. They also highlight the convenient and free parking, as well as the presence of an on-site cafe with clean facilities. Others mention the park is well-maintained and suitable for dog walking.
