What visitors say
Went here last Sunday just to get our youngest out of the house and burn off some energy. Staff as always are amazing, there is things for the kids to do outside and seeing my little one play on the dragon I use to when I was little is heartwarming. There is air con upstairs as the heat is something else without it. We enjoyed tea and scones which was great 👍🏼 my only thing is some of the pictures have gone. Which my dad loved coming in to see as there was a photo of my nan when she was a little girl playing on broad green many years ago.

A lovely museum with a very nice café. The coffee is excellent, and there is also an option to donate cash. The museum is quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful outdoor seating area where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere. A great place to visit and spend some peaceful time.

Lovely little museum with friendly staff. The museum is in a former baths (later a shoes factory) and there are little glimpses into its past around the museum, look out for the glass floor panels into the bath area. Nice little model trains exhibit upstairs. Free entry.
