West View

West View is a large Victorian property in Broughton that works well for extended families or groups wanting space to spread out. It sleeps ten across five bedrooms and has two bathrooms plus separate toilets. The whole house is yours alone, with a hot tub for five people in the enclosed back garden, games room with pool table and dartboard, and a gym. One dog stays free of charge.

Downstairs, the kitchen is equipped for cooking from scratch—electric oven, induction hob, air fryer, dishwasher and the rest—and opens onto a conservatory and dining space. There's a sitting room with a fireplace and Smart TV, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms vary: one double and a single on the ground floor; a double and shower room on the first floor; and further doubles and singles across the upper floors. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

The walled garden has seating and a barbecue area, with a convenience shop and takeaway directly opposite the house. The property is not suitable for smoking. Note that there are several flights of stairs, some steep and narrow, and steps both at the entrance and within the garden.
