The Lincolnshire Wolds roll out in all directions from North Willingham, a village at the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ash Farm Barns – The Granary Barn sits within this working farm landscape, where original features remain from its conversion into holiday accommodation. The property is detached, giving you complete privacy across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 7 guests. One dog is welcome.
Downstairs holds the kitchen, dining space and a bedroom with kingsize and single beds plus an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has a living room with woodburner, two further bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles) and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. Outside, you have your own patio garden with barbecue, plus shared access to landscaped grounds and a sitting-out area. Private parking accommodates three cars. The grounds include a coarse fishing lake and natural water supply from a spring – note there are water features and level changes that need care.
Market Rasen racecourse lies 3½ miles away, surrounded by restaurants, pubs and shops. Georgian Louth is a short drive, as are the antique dealers of Horncastle and sandy beaches at Mablethorpe and Skegness. The nearest village amenities are 4 miles distant. No smoking inside the property.

Highly recommend. Situated between Lincoln and the coast. Very clean and dog friendly. Very helpful owners. Skye their dog is friendly and well behaved with other dogs. Accommodation could not fault.

Love love love this place! Stayed a few times in different apartments and each one is adorable and charming with all the mod cons, dishwasher etc, and some of the cottages have real wood burner which is just adorable in the winter! Would 100% recommend

We stayed in the Old Dairy, the smallest of the buildings. It may be the smallest but there is plenty of room. A large central room divided into a lounge with wood burner and a kitchen diner. At each end is a bedroom. A double with an en suite and a twin with a very spacious wet room. It is well appointed in all respects. The privancy and peace and quiet are fantastic. Bring a torch if you need to go outside at night as there is no light polution to brighten your path. :) Market rasen is a short car ride away for any groceries, petrol etc. Attractions such as the Special Edition Chocolate factory, the Ice cream shop and a farm shop and the Kings head pub are all very close and highly recomended; many of the features in Lincolnshire which you may wich to visit are all within easy distance. This is a place I would like to return to. Many thanks for a very special holiday.

Stayed in the Hay Barn over New year.What a great place 👌 Spotlessly clean, so welcoming and comfortable with everything you could possibly want for a little get away with the dog! Jane met us on arrival to just advise on best walks etc(lovely lady)
