The Old Dairy is a ground-floor barn conversion on a working farm in the Lincolnshire Wolds, sleeping four across two bedrooms. One has a double bed with its own shower room; the other has two singles with a bathroom and separate shower. A single open-plan space combines the living area, with woodburner and TV, and the kitchen, which has a cooker, dishwasher and everything else needed to cook. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included, along with initial logs for the woodburner.
You have exclusive use of the property and parking for two cars on site. A garden with patio and furniture is yours alone, though landscaped grounds with seating areas are shared with other holiday lets on the farm. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also shared. The farm has a private coarse fishing lake and walking routes across the surrounding countryside. Market Rasen, three and a half miles away, has a racecourse, restaurants, pubs and shops. Horncastle's antique market and the Georgian town of Louth are both a short drive, as are the beaches at Mablethorpe and Skegness. One dog is welcome. No smoking is permitted.

Highly recommend. Situated between Lincoln and the coast. Very clean and dog friendly. Very helpful owners. Skye their dog is friendly and well behaved with other dogs. Accommodation could not fault.

Love love love this place! Stayed a few times in different apartments and each one is adorable and charming with all the mod cons, dishwasher etc, and some of the cottages have real wood burner which is just adorable in the winter! Would 100% recommend

We stayed in the Old Dairy, the smallest of the buildings. It may be the smallest but there is plenty of room. A large central room divided into a lounge with wood burner and a kitchen diner. At each end is a bedroom. A double with an en suite and a twin with a very spacious wet room. It is well appointed in all respects. The privancy and peace and quiet are fantastic. Bring a torch if you need to go outside at night as there is no light polution to brighten your path. :) Market rasen is a short car ride away for any groceries, petrol etc. Attractions such as the Special Edition Chocolate factory, the Ice cream shop and a farm shop and the Kings head pub are all very close and highly recomended; many of the features in Lincolnshire which you may wich to visit are all within easy distance. This is a place I would like to return to. Many thanks for a very special holiday.

Stayed in the Hay Barn over New year.What a great place 👌 Spotlessly clean, so welcoming and comfortable with everything you could possibly want for a little get away with the dog! Jane met us on arrival to just advise on best walks etc(lovely lady)
