Cannondale

Cannondale is a detached house with everything needed for a week away without compromise. The four bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom, with two offering zip-and-link beds that convert to twins if needed. One bedroom is on the ground floor, useful for anyone with mobility considerations. All the usual essentials are provided—bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating—plus a welcome pack, and logs for the woodburner are included from the start.

The ground floor holds a bedroom and ensuite, a spacious living room with a woodburner and 55-inch television, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Both the living room and kitchen open onto the garden through French doors. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, combi microwave, air fryer and coffee machine. The utility room contains a tumble dryer and additional fridge space. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, each with ensuite facilities and television.

An enclosed lawned garden has two patio areas, garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking for six cars is available on site, including an electric charging point. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
