Pine Lodge is a detached two-bedroom lodge on a small site near Ulverston in Westmorland and Furness. The entire property is yours alone, with a private hot tub on the terrace and parking for two cars. Everything sits on the ground floor, arranged around an open-plan living space with a 50-inch Smart TV, sofa bed and dining area flowing into a kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and washer-dryer. One bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom; the other has two single beds served by a walk-in shower room.
The lodge comes with heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. The terraced garden overlooks shared landscaped grounds with sitting-out furniture; there is a fenced pond 100 yards away. Ulverston town centre, a busy market town with historic streets and the start of the Cumbrian Way, is five minutes' drive. The South Lakes Safari Zoo, Lakes Aquarium at Newby Bridge, and Walney Island are all within 20 minutes by car. No smoking inside.

We have stayed in Pine Lodge for 2 years in a row now and have loved it each time. It is such a cosy, peaceful place to stay. Amenities in the lodge are great and we have no complaints at all. Jules was also really helpful and kind in advising us of a local bonfire night firework display which we attended. We were also offered a later checkout as it was my birthday on the day we were leaving. It is about a 5/10 minute drive into the town of Ulverston and not far from Windermere and other nearby towns. We will definitely be returning again and it will likely become an annual visit for us! Thanks again to Jules and family for being so accommodating and providing great communication, we would definitely recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing stay at Pine lodge ! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lodge was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—secluded enough for peace and quiet, yet close to Ulverston . The views from the lodge were breathtaking. Overall, this was one of the best holiday lodges we’ve stayed in, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!

Had a wonderful week here. Great base to explore the lake district and local area. The lodge was great had everthing you needed and the hot tub with lovely views topped of a very relaxing and peaceful stay. I Definitely recommend staying here..
