Doddick Farm Cottages - Brackendale

Keswick Golf Course lies less than a mile away, and Keswick itself is a five-minute drive—worth the journey for its restaurants, pubs and market. The village of Threlkeld, home to two restaurants, is just over a mile off. A pub sits three-quarters of a mile away. The cottage occupies one of six holiday lets on a working beef and sheep farm, positioned to catch views up Blencathra as the seasons shift through their colours.

Brackendale sleeps four across a double bedroom and a room with full-sized bunks, with a bathroom featuring a spa bath and shower. Downstairs combines kitchen, dining and living areas in an open plan layout; the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A south-facing patio with garden furniture and lawn sits opposite the front door. Private parking for one car is on site, with additional spaces available on request. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Stone built and terraced, the property has two steps up to its entrance. The garden contains three steps. Guests arrive after 15:00 and depart before 09:30.
