You arrive at a single step into Garth End's ground floor, where an open-plan living space unfolds across the space. A woodburner anchors the living area, paired with a 50-inch smart TV and access to Netflix and DVDs. The dining section opens onto a patio, while the kitchen sits within the same free-flowing layout, equipped for actual cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and proper coffee machine included. A second sitting room offers a sofa bed, books and games. A separate utility room with a washing machine and an additional toilet complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep eight. Two have zip-and-link beds (kingsize, but convertible to twins if needed), one with its own en-suite bathroom complete with bath and shower. The third bedroom holds a kingsize bed and a shower en-suite of its own. Essentials are covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi throughout. The heating is oil-fired central, and there's fuel for the woodburner already on hand. Cot and highchair are available if required. A welcome pack awaits on arrival.

The cottage sits in countryside near All Saints Church, with The New Crown Inn within reach. Private parking for three cars is on site. One dog is welcome. The back garden has patio and seating for the weather. No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 16:00, with departure by 09:30.
