Grasmere Lodge

Grasmere Lodge sits on a holiday park beside Lake Windermere, within reach of both Ambleside and Windermere on foot. The main living area is open-plan, with comfortable seating around a wood-burning stove and doors that open onto a private, enclosed deck where the hot tub sits. Three bedrooms—two doubles and one single—sleep five, served by one bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

On-site there is an indoor swimming pool, gym, restaurant and bar; leisure passes can be bought at reception. A children's play area and entertainment space are also available. The lodge is set up for year-round use, and bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity is included. The property does not permit smoking. Parking is available for three cars, and a cot can be arranged.

The location suits families and groups wanting access to Lake District activities without isolation—you can walk to shops and restaurants, or head straight onto the fells. The decked area with hot tub and the proximity to the water make this practical for a week or short break at any time of year.
