Thurston View is a two-bedroom mid-terrace cottage in Coniston, positioned above the village with views across the water. The property sleeps four in two double beds, with one bathroom. Everything you need for a self-catering break is provided: electricity, gas heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer means you can refresh muddy walking clothes without fuss.

The ground floor holds a living room with a gas fire and 32" TV, plus a kitchen-dining room with a breakfast area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. An enclosed patio across the lane has garden furniture for eating outside. The lake is walkable from the cottage, and Coniston village—with shops, pubs and restaurants—sits close by. On-road parking is available. The property is for non-smokers.

Marvellous holiday cottage with probably the best view in the area. Highly recommended.

This is a great cottage. Spacious for a 2 bed, cosy, clean, well-equipped and close to the village (if you are ok with quite a steep walk) and a lovely pub which is very close by (The Sun). You can also walk up Conniston old man, to the lake and find other lovely walks around the area without needing to get in the car.

Looks a really nice place to stay or live. Easy access to the town. Brilliant views across the lake. Neat gardens for sitting out and chilling!
