What a gem of a B&B. It's just off the Coast to Coast route but it's worth the little additional walk. Lovely room with very comfortable bed. Had a great night's sleep. Also I had a bath tub, which is always welcome when walking. I had a prepared meal which was surprisingly good as it was a microwave meal. Breakfast was a very good continental style one. Would happily stay again.

I camped at this site with my son and partner, as a last minute night away. What was lovely to see, was allocated pitches providing nice spaces between tents. It was not crowded and gave the kids some nice space to play. The portaloos on the site next to the pitch area were clean and the showers and toilet, were adequate. The kitchen access is a nice touch, with a fridge, kettle and microwave. The scenery was beautiful and only a stones throw away from the waterfall. I felt safe, it was quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed my night away. I will absolutley stay again!!

A lovely 2 nights with amazing views, beautiful campsite and lovely clean camping pod. I stayed in the Elder Pod, which is closest to the car park and has a two toilets easily accessible separate to the main amenities. I was lucky to stay on a clear night with a great sunset and amazing stars. Lots to do close by. Beautiful waterfall a short walk from site. 15 minutes drive and you are at Robin Hood’s Bay, which I parked at, walked the Cleveland way around the cliff tops to Whitby, then got the bus back to Robin Hoods Bay for fish and chips. Although, going Monday - Wednesday meant I was the only one there, I have nothing bad to say, it gave me the peace and tranquility needed. Next time I shall be back with friends/ loved ones to be able to share this special location.

Just a delightful spot to stay and start from for hiking and walking. Many options around. Self service breakfast, Large lounge area, Strong shower, Comfy beds, Silent area, Friendly hosts, Good safe parking... highly recommended.
