What guests say
Stayed three nights in Bollinger suite. Fantastic room with a fantastic view of the harbour and Abbey. Room was spotless. Good coffee machine, fresh milk and water in the mini fridge. Excellent comfortable stay and Harrys bar is central to everything. The staff couldn't do enough to help, thanks especially to Megan and Dan but they were all good! The restaurant is great and very popular. We will return.

Stopped here for dinner, it's our second visit to Whitby and our second visit to Harry's and it didn't disappoint. They do a really nice fish and chips, better I'd say than some of the nearby award winning establishments. Their menu is varied with a nice selection of dishes all day, from breakfast to burgers and sandwiches for lunch and some delights for dinner like their famous hanging kebabs which having seen them am definitely going to have to try on our next visit. Staff were really friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable and they have good beer and gin selection too. Worth a visit when in Whitby!

I am providing this short review to say that two small plates of haddock and chips and a couple of drinks should not cost more than £50. We had arrived late in Whitby on a Sunday evening and finding that most places to get food were closed, we had little choice. Staff were friendly but the price was pure robbery.

Diners like this restaurant's excellent food, including kebabs, fish pie, and sticky toffee pudding, as well as the delicious breakfast options. They also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, and the warm, relaxed atmosphere.
Some reviews mention the food can be overpriced.
