Lovely little guest house, friendly staff. only 3 rooms, so check their website. Parking is included, though tight round the back like much of Whitby, a help yourself continental breakfast buffet is included outside the rooms, cerials, toast, fruit, fresh milk. I found the bed soft and comfy, though my partner said her back ached, so different preferences for different people.

Stayed Manor View guest house at the beginning of August. Loraine was a fabulous host. She showed us where to park our car, gave us a lovely welcome & all the info we needed for our stay. The Guest house is in a good location with a steady 12 min walk to the harbour. We had use of a family room with double bed, bunk beds & en-suite with shower. The room had a front facing view overlooking the front garden with a lovely ornamental pond. We had a great sleep. Coffee, tea, fresh juice ,toast,pastries & jams were all available the next morning. My only regret is I didn’t leave this review sooner. Thank you for been such a wonderful host.

Just returned from a stay at Manor View. Excellent accommodation, room clean and well presented, tea and coffee etc in room. Breakfast bar well stocked. Ideally situated to town centre. Lorraine is a lovely friendly lady. On site parking a bonus. Will definitely be checking in again

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the harbour. Rooms spotless and well equipped we stayed in a family room which was ideal for us. Breakfast bar well stocked and on site parking an added bonus.. Lorraine was the perfect host from the first enquiry to leaving for her to then go above and beyond and post an item my daughter left behind. We will definitely be staying here again.
