What diners say
First of all, its not on the terrace of a tall building. Its located in a cozy corner in this area. Food was good. Wagyu Beef, instead of sausages it will be better if its serves as a steak or cuts. Coffee Pudding was too good. We watched England vs Argentina FIFA 2026 SemiFinals here. Service was quick as we pre-ordered the food.

WE R DJs had the pleasure of performing at the Devonshire Terrace for a cooperate event. The venue is so beautiful and the layout was ideal. The staff were very polite and helpful from the phone call ahead of the booking and on arrival. We were also given some food during the performance and it was really tasty. We will look forward to returning to the next event. Thank you once again. WE R DJS

Stunning Courtyard, Appalling Hospitality Devonshire Terrace, and the venue itself lived up to expectations. On a breezy summer evening, the glass-domed Western Courtyard should have been the perfect setting. Unfortunately, the experience was completely destroyed by an unnecessarily rude hostess and bafflingly poor service. > When looking for the food near the kitchen, I approached the hostess with the utmost politeness—using "please" and "thank you" in every interaction. The absolute least you expect in hospitality is basic manners in return, but she was entirely dismissive and outright rude. > To make matters worse, despite food being ready precisely on time at 18:45, the staff flat-out refused to serve our group out on the terrace. We practically had to beg them to do their jobs. There was zero logic to their refusal, and they only finally relented and brought the food out a full hour later. Beautiful architecture and views of the Gherkin cannot compensate for a staff that treats guests like a nuisance.

We went to Devonshire Terrace for dinner tonight and we had the unfortunate experience of seeing mice in the restaurant. The meal and environment were nice, however we saw a mouse a few feet away from our table while we were having dessert. We told a staff member about the unsanitary issue, who raised it to the manager, but no action was taken. We were not offered any compensation or apologies, and the staff member told us that other customers had a similar experience and management took no action. As this is so unsanitary, I cannot recommend this place and hope they address the pest issue.
