100% recommend, can not fault it at all the woman who owns it is lovely, very friendly and will happily stand and talk to you. When you walk in it smells lovely and so clean, the bedroom was spotless, the towels were so soft, the was a selection of tea and coffee, bottles of water. The bed was so comfortable, best night sleep me and my husband has had in months, we didn't want to get up, lovely arm chair to. Bathroom spotless, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash provided, not little bottles either, big bottles. Was lovely and warm the room. They also own the shop next door the man who owns the hotel but seen him in the shop more was a nice man to and to top it of they had my favourite drink were no one sells no more Madori. Will definitely return and I recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you. Gemma and Terry xx

This is a very nice guest house to stay. It is on a side street near the sea front and easy access to metro station. The room is very comfortable and clean. The proprietor is friendly and make you welcome. Good walks along sea from to St Mary lighthouse or Tynemouth.

This was a same day booking as I messed up a booking with Premier inn. Parking on the street, I arrived at 6.30 and managed to find free parking in the next street, 200yrds away , (in a big transit) Room 7 was on the top floor (2nd) no lift, had bathroom adjacent (guessing it's shared with room 6 ) but decent shower, all clean , staff friendly. This cost £105 for 3 nights Mon to Thurs, pity its 30 mins from where I'm working but will return

A really nice and clean B&B in perfect location. The owners are so lovely. It's my third stay in three years so I can promise that their performance is on top and consistent.
