What visitors say
Today was my 8 year old Daughter's first time climbing. She's always claimed to be scared of heights, but that did not stop her today, and she went on the high ropes bit without any hesitation. She did the rope net first confidentiality by herself, and then tackled the wobbly wooden plank one, and need verbal assistance from one of the Male Team Members there (unfortunately I didn't get his name, but wore black framed glasses). She then got to the next bit, where you walk sideways on wire, and she asked for some physical help. Katie went to her rescue, and gave her verbal reassurance all the way across, side by side up with her, my daughter was so so greatful for her very kind nature and help. My daughter then had such great confidence to go up and call Katie whenever she needed help, and Katie was extremely kind and helpful towards my daughter, giving her so much time, and was just genuinely really really lovely with her. My daughter is very much looking forward to going back, especially if Katie is there 😀

Entry to the toddler area should only be allowed with parents. We have visited this place twice and experienced the same issue both times. An older child was playing in the toddler area without any supervision and was pushing the smaller kids quite aggressively. The younger children started crying, and the older child simply walked away without any correction, while the parent sat nearby scrolling on their phone.

I held a birthday party at this venue for my daughter. The kids all had a wonderful time. The safety talk was age appropriate and there were lots of people around to help with harnesses. Kimberley was our party host and she could not have been more warm and friendly. She took time to speak to my daughter and ask her for feedback and was great with all the children.

What an excellent place! Age appropriate sessions. My 4 year old granddaughter loved it! The staff were incredibly patient, professional and friendly. Nice cafe, all very clean and welcoming. We will be visiting again soon.
