From reading previous reviews my expectations were already high but they were exceeded on every front. The welcome we received was extremely friendly as was every interaction we had with Simona. She seemed genuinely interested in how your day was going and what we had planned and would offer advice to make it more enjoyable or even a funny story or two. Me and my wife both had a massage during are stay and they were extremely enjoyable. Simona is very knowledgeable on all aspects of massage therapy and really knows what she is doing. She has given me great advice on what I can do moving forward to help my mobility in the future. Rooms are very clean and tidy. We opted for the cooked breakfast and each day they were tasty and cooked to perfection. The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance for everywhere. I throughly recommend the walk up to Orrest head, the views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back to Beaumont house for another stay in the future and would highly recommend to friends and family to do the same

From arrival, Simona recognised my partner’s limitations and could see that the 2nd floor accommodation may be a bit too much of a struggle for him. Simona, very graciously, showed me alternative rooms that were available on the first floor, of which I chose one. The room was absolutely beautiful with the most amazingly comfortable mattress and pillows ever experienced! Attention to detail was second to none and the decor and facilities superb. Nothing has been overlooked in the restoration and renovation of this beautiful property and it is a credit to Simona and Sorin. Excellent breakfast too! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this ‘home from home’ establishment with the most lovely, friendly and attentive hosts.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Beaumont house in Windermere. Hosts were very friendly and went out of there way to make our stay perfect. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again. Can’t that them enough and thanks for great break at your hotel.

We had a really lovely stay here whilst visiting the area, the place is immaculate and the owners are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! We checked in early and spent the day at the spa up the road, breakfast is continental but we only paid £10 extra per head for the cooked breakfast which was absolutely beautiful, we even got a free room upgrade, one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had and can’t wait to come back! The only thing I would say is that we couldn’t open the window in the room which made the room a bit stuffy but the positives far outweighed that. Thank you again for our lovely stay 😍
