Stayed for a couple of nights here in Windermere. Cathy & Tim were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. The guest house was absolutely spotless and had great facilities. Breakfast was spot on; simple but high quality and local produce was used. Location is ideal: quiet and everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking to stay in Windermere!

We had a fantastic stay at Haisthorpe House. Tim and Cathy were kind and attentive hosts that kept the entire place immaculate and had great local recommendations. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom was really nice as well. We will definately stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights here after our wedding in Gretna.The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. The room was absolutely spotless and very well appointed.The breakfast was just perfect.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay here again
