The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, even waiting for us late into the evening after our trains were delayed. They were very knowledgeable about the area and shared excellent hiking recommendations. The establishment itself is lovely, and the plant-based breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Windermere!

We stayed here for almost a week. The hosts were incredibly nice and accomodating. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't expect the room to be cleaned every day, but it was a welcome surprise. We would definitely return!

My husband and I had a lovely 5 night stay here. It was lovely for our Hosts Andy & Tracy to make me Gluten Free cookies, unfortunately I don't like Ginger but appreciated the effort made, my husband enjoyed the daily made cookies. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. Our hosts were welcoming and recommend local places to visit. Even left us a bottle of wine in our room because we were celebrating our Anniversary, We highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.
