Receptionist wanted me to pay incash, which I had not previously been told, but I didn't have enough so used a card. There was no soap in either the shower or the washbasin, fortunately I found some of my own. The receptionist was quite put out when I asked him to fill the kettle for me, and I was told to use the tap in the bathroom as the water was fine, I tried to explain to him that the sink in the bathroom was so small it was impossible to put the kettle under the tap to fill it. The receptionist was also put out when I had tell him the TV was not working, but he did come and sort it out for me. There was only one toilet roll in the communal bathroom which was gone by the morning, so this morning there was none.Would I stay at OYO again? Unfortunately I have to say probably not, only because I was put off by how this one is run, maybe others are run better?

Disappointing stay for 2 nights last weekend. Our booking had not been noted in spite of the fact that I had email confirmation. Fortunately I had a copy of the email with me. The premium luxury room we booked was not available and the only alternative was a family room that was clearly not ready for guests: ensuite tiny and not clean (hairs on the floor; thick dust on the toilet pipes; leaking radiator and grouting in shower really discoloured). Room was overcrowded with furniture and nowhere to sit to eat breakfast. It looked like decorating was still in progress. Management did not apologise for mix up and seemed to think they offered a perfectly acceptable alernative. We could not find an alternative elsehwhere at short notice but would not stay again. Definitely not good value for money and pictures shown on website, Expedia etc are nothing like the room we stayed in.

Very clean. Staff very friendly. The room and the bathroom are very spacious. If you want to visit the themepark LEGOLAND this is the best location, very close to. In a few minutes you have KFC, CO-OP, PIZZA HUT, COSTA COFFEE, DOMINO'S. THANK YOU. I will recommend.

Where to start..... called in advance to say we will arrive late (9pm) was told that is ok, when arriving the "reception" guy was so angry. We didnt say anything as me and my husband had a flight in the morning. Broken shower doors 1 towel for 2 people not a clean hotel i wont say anymore ill leave some pictures up
