Great Stay at Ilfracombe Holiday Park – But Check Facilities Before Booking We arrived an hour before check-in, and our room was already ready, making the process super quick and easy since most of it was done beforehand. A great start! Our apartment had a stunning sea view, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean and efficient, with fresh bedding, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a large TV, and free WiFi—everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday. However, we were disappointed to find that the pool was closed for the Christmas break, which wasn’t advertised at the time of booking. Since the pool was one of the reasons we chose this resort, we probably would have booked elsewhere had we known. We made the best of it by visiting the local pool instead. Similarly, the soft play and restaurant were closed until our last day, giving staff a well-deserved break, but again, this wasn’t clear when we booked. We adapted by visiting a local soft play at the nearby wildlife park. When we did get to explore the on-site facilities, it was clear that this is a friendly, family-oriented place with a games room and a good kids' menu. Despite the unexpected closures, we enjoyed our stay and could definitely see ourselves having a fantastic family holiday here in the summer—just with a bit more clarity on what’s open beforehand! Room for improvement - bigger tea cups 😀 I had to use a bowl. Also the resort is dog friendly!!! So many beautiful fur babies.

Stayed here through Revel on a rugby tour. Apartment was clean and tidy, really comfy beds. Restaurant is very reasonably priced, pizzas and sunday carvery were delicious. Staff were amazing. We had a brilliant time!

We booked the cheapest apartment so did not expect too much. We found some minor issues and the management reaction was exceptional. We got a complimentary upgrade, nearly I felt bad about it🤭 The new apartment was clean and modern. Quiet but very close to the leisure facilities. The pool, sauna was walk in, no sessions. Free entertainment and pool billiard, table tennis… All the staff were polite , helpful and all of them has a can do attitude. We are extremely satisfied. The area is beautiful. The ocean, forests, coast and everything in and around this small town. 💯Recommended
