About Rosedale Park
This award-winning family-run site on the Welsh-Shropshire border has been welcoming guests since 1994, and its near-perfect rating speaks volumes. All pitches—both hardstanding and grass—are level, spacious and come with electric hook-up, making set-up straightforward for caravans and motorhomes alike. The rural location strikes a lovely balance: peaceful enough to feel properly away from it all, yet an hourly bus service stops right at the entrance, whisking you to Whitchurch or Wrexham if you'd rather leave your outfit on site.
It's an ideal base for exploring the meres around Ellesmere and the dramatic scenery of the Vale of Llangollen. The adults-only policy keeps things tranquil, though well-behaved dogs are welcome. With only a small number of pitches, the atmosphere remains relaxed and personal—just what you'd hope for from a long-established family operation.

What visitors say
Nice location, well maintained lawns and hedges. Nice clean facilities though a bit short on loo roll. Friendly owners and a good price. Several footpaths in the area but a little clearing needed so take a nettle stick. The owner later told me there were more loo rolls in dispensers I'd overlooked :)

Just spent a couple of days at Rosedale caravan park, penley nr wrexham. The site is immaculate and a credit to Caroline who is on top of her game. As a motorhomer, we tend to use public transport to see local areas and there's a small bus that passes the entrance but not very often, and Caroline was very helpful with that. When next in the area this will be a definite go to place.

What a fabulous Adult only caravan site, all the facilities you need. If you need a caravan site during the school holidays and away from the screaming, then try this one, fully recommended for some peace and tranquility.i
