What visitors say
I've been to this place many times over the past 5 years and every time I have had a lovely time, the equipment is great and the activity is suitable for all ages. I personally like going in first thing in the morning and doing quite detailed work, but it's always nice seeing families in there making memories with the younger kids. Staff are always friendly, supplies are always top notch, and your creativity is free to run wild!

What a gorgeously friendly and welcoming place. Visited York recently and got to show Murphy where his adorable personalised (paw print & name) water bowl was made.

Really negative experience with staff and redeeming a gift voucher. We received a voucher after the birth of our daughter, but on our first attempt to redeem we were turned away as they didn’t do baby prints on a weekend. Unfortunately with work and nursery weekends are the only time our family could attend. Then the voucher lapsed, we went back mid week and was told they could give us £10 for our £40 voucher. The staff were not pleasant on any occasion and I really regret supporting this business. We have previously been customers but won’t return

Had such a brilliant time here! The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and genuinely happy to help with anything. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, creative day out!
