Great value for money! I have to admit I’d booked the room then read the reviews and was a little worried. However the room is lovely, less basic than I thought as has the lovely fireplace feature. Everything we needed was provided, two fans for we were very grateful, good make up mirror, clean towels and sheets. The bathroom was very basic but clean. It’s so central with parking round the corner and everything on your doorstep. They have the price set at the right amount. Only thing I would have liked was a slightly later checkout on a Sunday even 10:30 would have been good.

Nice basic, clean and comfy room. I was there during a few very hot day, and my rooftoop room was really warm. The small window did not really allow air exchange, and a fan would have helped for sure. On the fresher days it was perfect. The shower was really small, and for a big/tall person would be hard to shower. Location is great, 1 minute walk from the Minster and 3 minutes from the Shambles.

Our room didn't have towels, and I didn't get a response from the owners until late at night, with the towels arriving the next day which was too late for us. There was also a bottle cap and a set of keys for a different room under our night stand. Otherwise, it's a good location and good room, just poor (if any) service.
