Absolutely love this store. Visited on 24th Jan and bought a beautiful Bayswater in Brighton Blue 💙. I was served by Jess, who was so helpful and friendly. The staff are friendly and it's an absolute pleasure just walking around even if you don't want to buy anything. I've noticed there a few negative reviews stating that staff don't interact or ignore you when you walk in. Every time I come to this store I'm greeted upon entrance and I'm left to look around and try on the bags at my leisure. This makes a huge difference to me, as there's no pressure or hard sell (and this approach usually ends up with me buying something!). The staff will engage when they feel you need assistance. I'd say the customer service is spot on, please don't change at all! I can't wait for my next visit 🤗

5 stars, absolutely amazing service. I went in with my 2 year old son not looking our best after swimming and running around. No judgement at all, amazing with my boy and so much knowledge about the products. I'm so impressed and will definitely be back. Thank you
