The ground floor holds a living and dining room with a 50-inch smart TV and electric fire, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics. Upstairs, the first floor has a kingsize bedroom with a sofa bed for two more, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with both roll-top bath and walk-in shower. The second floor offers a four-bed room with its own shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, along with a welcome pack; heating takes care of itself.
The garden has furniture for sitting out, and there's space to park. No smoking throughout.

I call haven,when my anxiety strikes and lately its been nearly every day They are very supportive I just wish I could call in but I'm to far away I can't call the Samaritans as they have a 30 day limit But they just left me and I got no support to get back using their service. So the only people I have are haven and crisis team but even they are short turm. I would recommend haven to any one going through a crisis with their mental health they are Brilliant caring and understanding..

Honestly an absolute godsend while the mental health service in NHS is in shambles. Genuinely a safe “haven” as it implies. I was intimidated at first but honestly it’s the closest I’ve got to real treatment before. It’s just a listening ear and signposting but god do they know their stuff. Thank you much to the wonderful staff there x.
