What guests say
Will definitely stay here again. From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by lovely staff. The room was clean and spacious, and the air con actually worked! (We always have issues with air con wherever we stay) The complimentary toiletries were great. The location was perfect and even better, they had a car park. Breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel for a long time. Fresh, quality produce with lots of variety.

Had a 1 night stay 30/07/26. What a great hotel. Stylish rooms ,comfortable beds ,lovely shower and air conditioning. Super location as well. What made this stay even better was the staff. Absolutely superb all of them. Special mention to the young girl at breakfast she was 20 (looked younger ) I didn't get her name but she was lovely to talk to. A real credit to her parents for bring up a really well mannered young girl. The breakfast was very good as well. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

My parents, husband and I stayed here for two nights from Sunday to Monday. The hotel was well located - an easy walk up one road into the central area of town with lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. The hotel has good soundproofing with the windows closed and good air conditioning. My room was facing the street so with the windows are open you can hear the cars and people quite clearly. The deluxe room was nicely laid out with a big bath tub and a shower built for two to shower concurrently with four shower heads total. The room was cozy, well decorated, and clean. The bed was big and there were plenty of well placed plugs and outlets for charging. There was a mini fridge and closet space also. The hotel restaurant was also comfortable and we were able to watch the World Cup game there. The front desk staff were polite and professional. Overall a great stay!

This hotel is located at Walmgate, within easy walking distance of the city attractions, and very close to the Brew York brewery! The hotel is clean as are the rooms. The rooms are not big, but enough room for 2 people, especially when you are spending the day visiting the city. The bed is very comfortable. Shower is great. You also get a TV, kettle, fridge and safe in each room. All the staff we spoke to were excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable.
