Hotel is in a great location. It's 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the centre. Girl on reception was very welcoming and got us all (8 of us) checked in quickly and hassle free. Rooms are basic but nice and clean. No negatives from me

Had a great 2 night stay here. It was easy to find and the welcome was great. Room was ready early and was clean and had everything we needed. We asked for a quiet room and 131 was just perfect - it was overlooking the car park but we had no noise or bother from it. The location was just perfect with a short 10 minute walk into the city. The breakfast was great and the bar at night was handy. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful - the tables at breakfast were cleared very promptly and cleaned for the next people. Would definitely stay here again - used to be a Premier Inn person but this hotel beats them hands down. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely, comfortable budget-friendly hotel. We booked a quad room, which was spacious and featured four comfortable single beds. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Good location, about 10 minutes walk from York station. I stayed in an accessible room on ground floor. Room was very large and two single beds. Would have preferred a double but waa comfortable and I slept well. Room was clean and looked modern. Strangely dim lighting. Breakfast was a little underwhelming- typical self serve buffet but selection was poor. Food though tasted good and was hot. Overall a good experience and about right for price.
