What guests say
Just had the weekend at this hotel catching up with friends. Location was perfect for the city 10mins walk into the city, and ideal for our needs. Breakfast was superb and plenty of it. Staff super friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in the evening at the hotel as we were attending events but what we saw looked great. Parking is not an issue several spaces behind the hotel and provision of further parking a short walk away. Thank you for a great stay.

Congratulations in particular to Caitlan for her outstanding customer service, she immediately came out to explain and show us where to park and even offered to tale some of our luggage to reception. A great welcome. Also, Lucy was extremely friendly at reception. The room was good for the price, the breakfast was excellent, lots if staff to greet you in the morning and freshly cooked breakfast delivered promptly to our table. Highly recommend that you use this hotel, not to mention its close proximity to York city centre.

Loved it! A hot May day we arrived just after PRIDE events in town. A tranquil garden to enjoy a complimentary tea on arrival. We were impressed particularly with the standard of service on arrival by the young woman who greeted us. Also, the set meal. So popular sold out Saturday night! Highly recommend❤️
