Dee Valley View is a self-contained apartment spread across two floors with its own entrance, parking for two cars, and a sitting-out area. The ground floor contains a fitted kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upstairs, a second double bedroom connects to a walk-in shower room, while the living and dining space features a wood burner and views towards the grounds and beyond to the River Dee.

Both bedrooms have double beds (4ft 6in). Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property is part of a converted former hotel set in lawned grounds with access to the river at the back; parking and communal seating areas are shared with other on-site properties. The apartment does not accept children under 12. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Aboyne village sits a short distance away, with shops, cafes and a golf club nearby. The River Dee itself offers walking opportunities, and Deeside Gliding Club is close by. Glenshee and the Lecht ski areas lie within reach for winter sports, while Cairngorm National Park and the surrounding Highlands provide year-round exploring from this base.
