Taynuilt village sits within a 15-minute walk, where you'll find shops, a café and a golf course. Loch Etive is on the doorstep, and Oban—the region's main hub for coastal trips and island ferries—lies 12 miles away. The cottage grounds connect to shared woodland, ideal for exploring on foot without leaving the property.
Honeysuckle Cottage is a ground-floor unit in the courtyard of 18th-century Bonawe House. It has two bedrooms (one king, one with two singles), a bathroom with shower over the bath, and an open-plan living space that combines sitting area, dining and kitchen. An outside staircase leads to the entrance. The kitchen is equipped for real cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. The sitting area has a 42" TV and Freesat. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; there's parking for two cars on site and an electric car charging point.
Mature beech trees and gardens frame views in three directions. A sitting-out area with outdoor furniture overlooks the grounds. The cottage suits families or groups of four; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed. No smoking throughout. There is an unfenced loch in the grounds, which guests should be aware of.
