Crossburn Hideaway

Within the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, Crossburn Hideaway sits on two acres of woodland grounds shared with the owner. The setting puts you near three golf courses (Lomond and Carrick are each a mile away, with Cameron House also accessible), the West Highland Way, and over twenty munros including Ben Lomond, Ben Lui and Ben Vorlich. Cycling is possible on the National Cycle Network Route 7, and the lochs and rivers support fishing.

The cottage is single-storey and detached, with one bedroom (a double bed, 4ft 6in), a shower room, and a combined living and dining space. The lounge has a 52-inch TV with Sky and Netflix, a sofa bed (single), and iPod dock. The kitchen is equipped for cooking with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. From the living area, patio doors open onto decking where you can sit among the gardens and woodland. The grounds contain streams, a pond and lawn, though there are sloping banks and unfenced water features to be aware of. Two cars can park on site. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with a welcome pack. The cottage does not permit smoking.
