Misty Isles Cottage

Seil Island sits 16 miles south of Oban, reached by the famous bridge over the Atlantic. Misty Isles Cottage occupies a rocky outcrop on the island's edge, in the village of Ellenabeich. A bar next door serves food and local beer year-round; a shop lies two miles away. From here, walkers can explore the surrounding coastline, and a nearby pier offers wildlife safaris with a marine biologist. Oban's ferry terminals and the Luing ferry crossing are within easy reach.

The cottage is a single-storey property with one double bedroom and an ensuite shower room. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with dining and kitchen zones, where you can prepare meals using a full-size cooker and usual appliances. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Outside, a patio with furniture and a barbecue overlooks the water; a hot tub sits on the same terrace, though note there is a low wall with a drop to the sea. Parking is available on the road. The property is yours alone, sleeping two people. One dog is welcome. No smoking inside, and the cottage is not suitable for children.
