Pensway

Pensway comes with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so cooking and laundry are straightforward. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are all included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. A travel cot and highchair can be provided if you're bringing small children.

The cottage itself has two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a double—and a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, the living room has a Smart TV, DVD player and wood burner. The enclosed garden with patio has seating, dining furniture and a barbecue. There's parking for one car on site. No smoking is permitted.

Pensway sits in Burpham, a small village two miles from Arundel, surrounded by the South Downs National Park. The South Downs Way runs a couple of miles away, making it popular with walkers and cyclists. The George at Burpham is nearby for eating out. The village itself has little through traffic, so it's quiet even during the day.
