Warre Cottage sits in Burpham village on the edge of walking country. The South Downs footpaths begin practically at the garden gate, and Arundel itself—with its castle and riverside walks—is a short drive away. The cottage is detached, set back from the road with grounds that feel genuinely private, and a raised path through the garden opens up views across the Arun Valley towards the coast.
Inside, there are three bedrooms: a king with an ensuite shower, a double, and a twin room with windows on two sides. A second bathroom serves the rest of the property. The living spaces are traditionally furnished and bright. The kitchen has a Rayburn cooker, dishwasher and all the usual appliances for self-catering. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. One well-behaved pet is welcome. There is parking on site, and the village pub is within walking distance. The cottage takes up to six people and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Overall a really nice cottage to stay in! The location is great for country walks and a peaceful escape to the countryside. Would recommend the cottage for a short break. It has a good kitchen and room for 6. On arrival there was a bottle of bubbles and some chocolates which was a really nice touch. However the heating had been left off and the late arrival time of 4pm combined with being so rural there was no outdoor light at all meaning that we were scrambling around in the dark and rain for about 15mins before we could find the cottage and get in. Other than the arrival we had a really nice stay!
