Great campsite for caravans, motorhomes or campers. Plenty of room between pitches. Toilet and shower facilities are spotless and well kept. Ideal location for visiting York and surrounding area. Easy access off the the A road. Only a few minutes drive to the park and ride which gives quick access to York city centre. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

What a great touring park. Made to feel welcome on arrival. Very clean and modern facilities. Play area for children and a good dog walk. The best bit is the site security. It’s metal fenced and has keypad gated access and exits for your peace of mind. You don’t see the fence as the perimeter trees and hedging cover it. This is really welcome and allows you to relax during your stay and especially through night. After a bad experience at a central York campsite I can tell you this is now my go to site when I visit York. Getting into York is easy via either the bus route or Park and Ride. Will definitely return.

We are first time caravaners and have sited our tourer on an adults only fully serviced pitch. The site is very well maintained by Tracey, Andy and Tom despite it being surrounded by trees and the facilities are always spotless. It is a peaceful site with easy access to local ameneties with York being 10 minutes away, there is an onsite shop for emergency supplies however there are numerous supermarkets a short drive away. On the whole this is a relaxing site, there are facilities for children including a playground and a games room, it is in a good vicinity for visitng York and is around an hour away from the coast. Would definately recommend.

A truely wonderful site! Super quiet and submerged in nature, All the staff members are lovely and very helpful! The facilities are super clean and kept to a high standard, Very dog friendly too! Highly recommended
