The property sits in Acomb, just outside York, on a main bus route into the city centre. Behind the house is an enclosed garden with furniture and space to sit out. There is parking for one car on site. The owners ask that guests don't smoke indoors. A welcome pack arrives when you check in after 3pm.

Perfect little bolt hole just outside of York. One bed house that sleeps 2 comfortably with off road parking and all amenities. What more could you ask for? Oh and 45 min walk into central York. We'll definitely be back
