Constable Cottage comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other a zip-and-link that converts to either a king or two singles—and a bathroom with both bath and shower. The living room centres on a wood burner. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial logs are all included, along with a welcome pack.
The cottage sits in Nayland, a village in the Dedham Vale National Landscape near Colchester, with a pub within reach and the River Stour nearby for walks. You have the whole place to yourself, with a front garden that catches the sun all day and an enclosed rear lawn with mature trees and patio seating. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 09:00.

Stunning cottage in a picturesque country village. Enjoyed a few trips to the Anchor Pub and walks through the Dedham AONB.
