Upstairs, the main bedroom holds a double bed with Freeview TV; the second bedroom, a single, is accessed through the first.

The cottage provides essentials including bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating. One car can park on site. There's a rear patio and front porch for sitting out, and plenty of natural light throughout. The second bedroom can only be reached via the main bedroom. One pet stays free. No smoking.

Walking and cycling start from the door. Colchester is within reasonable reach for a day out, and local pubs are walkable from the property if you'd rather not cook.
