Leveret Lodge

Leveret Lodge is a purpose-built apartment on the first floor of a converted garage, set beside the owner's main house on the edge of Bures. You enter into a hallway with a washing machine, then step into an open living and dining room with a smart TV—comfortable enough for two people to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the double bedroom offers a quiet space to retreat to; the shower room has a heated towel rail and rainfall shower. Essentials including heating, electricity, wifi and bed linen are covered.

The property overlooks the Stour Valley in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You have access to shared garden and patio space, plus private bluebell woods on the grounds—good for a secluded walk or picnic. Bures sits between Essex and Suffolk, with Colchester 15 minutes away by car and a mainline train station providing onward connections. The immediate landscape offers footpaths through farmland and forest. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. No smoking inside.
