I ordered them a several times via Uber Eats. Their large portion amazed me every time. Their sushi and sashimi were great. Chicken was tender and juicy! I ordered their Ebi (prawn tempura) bento, it was delicious as well. I would prefer a little more veggies/salad in the bento though.

I had a great experience at Taro Japanese Restaurant. The food came out quickly and everything tasted fresh and well put together. The sushi was spot on, and the katsu curry had that proper comforting flavour you expect without being heavy. Service was efficient and no-nonsense, which I actually appreciated. It’s the kind of place that knows what it’s doing and doesn’t try too hard. Prices are fair for the quality and portion sizes, especially for London. It’s not trying to be fancy, but it delivers where it matters. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it if you want reliable Japanese food that hits the mark.
