Had the 'Suite' for two nights, was a great place really well situated within balloch really not far from anything or anywhere, great transport links Water, Rail and Road only minutes away. Great service using the messenger on the booking app. Not sure if there is anyone on property out of cleaning hours. Room was nice and clean with a lovely soft bed in a nice dark room, living space was very bright and airy.

Top class guesthouse. Hot tub was awesome. Location was perfect, central to everything. Hostess Chloe was so lovely. Definitely will book again. It was the most perfect weekend for my partner's 50th celebrations.

Chloe was really friendly to us from we arrived, until we left the room. This house is close to everything,and she was helpful to provide a little map about the location and highlighted all the important points nearby. The room was clean and had comfortable beds, and clean bathroom. I strongly recommend for people who are looking for a fairly cheap place to stay and enjoy the area..😊😊

The room was spotless and had everything I could need in it. The owner was very welcoming and anything I may have needed to know was explained to me there and then, for example where extra towels are kept, how to easily reach her if needed. The location was amazing, everything was on our doorstep. Bonus points for letting us leave the car in the car park so we could wander about and get lunch even after we checked out.
