This delightful pub is tucked away on a side street near Smithfield market. They had four cask beers and I opted for a pint of Landlord at £5.90. This is a traditional pub with lots of dark wood panelling. The bar is a rectangular shape with two serving areas. On the ground floor the pub is divided into four smallish areas. There is seating upstairs and a small standing area outside. This pub does host live music. In summary a lovely pub well worth a visit.

Great independent pub, has Bass on cask! Which is rare in London these days - and if you are a fan of cask ale, then Bass is one of the must have beers that really helped popularise the tradition, even breaking international boundaries. The pub is down a quiet back-street on the edge of the City of London, and is beautifully attired within, very cosy, and very inviting for conversation - including bar-stools for those who attend alone looking for conversation.

Lovely little traditional pub tucked away in a quiet corner, serving great Timothy Taylors Landlord. Friendly staff. Well worth searching out.

One of the best pubs in The City in my opinion. It has character, charm, a great landlord and tons of history! I don't come here as much as I'd like. It's fantastic.
